A Message from our Principal

Independence Charter Academy is looking forward to an exciting busy second semester. We are planning a trip for our high school students. We are also planning a field trip for our younger students so they can learn and explore animals and their habitats. The students are off to a great start this semester and our seniors are getting ready to graduate.

Reminder every Wednesday the students at Independence Charter Academy have an opportunity to participate in an Art lesson by Mrs. Maldonado. Ms. Jennings-Bass also offers Science students opportunities to perform interactive Science Labs. ROTC meets every Wednesday. ICA offers Drivers Education classes and Work Experience classes. We also have concurrent enrollment to VVC and Barstow Community College, students can take college classes for free while enrolled at ICA. ANY STUDENT can receive their Associates’s Degree while still attending high school or get certifications in CTE classes obtaining training for various job skills.
