End of School Year Announcement
Dear Students and Parents,
As we approach the conclusion of another successful academic year, we want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all students for their hard work and dedication. Your achievements have made this year truly remarkable.
Looking ahead to the upcoming school year, we want to remind returning students and their families about the importance of completing the necessary paperwork in order to re-enroll for next school year.We will begin sending out new master agreements and William Act Waivers prior to the start of the 2024-2025 school year. They will be available via docusign to the student’s school email and the parent email on file. If your email address has changed please let us know so we can update it or you won’t receive the documents. This is a crucial step in securing your spot for the next school year.
Failure to turn in the completed paperwork by the end of July will result in the inability to attend school at the beginning of the year and having to re-apply to the school. We urge you to prioritize this process to avoid any disruptions to your educational journey.
We are excited to continue our partnership in education and look forward to welcoming you back for another year of learning and growth.

Senior Checkout is May 10th, 2024 at 11:30am at the ICA Campus. Seniors will meet with their teacher and counselor to go over their final graduation requirements review. If students are approved at senior checkout they will receive their cap and gown and graduation tickets that day. Afterwards we will have a taco truck on campus for students to eat for free as part of our senior celebrations and end of the year celebration for all students.
As ICA Seniors progress through our newly created Seniors Seminar course, which was put together by our staff to better prepare them for their transition to the adult and working worlds, we are seeing our Seniors step up to the challenge of making decisions about their immediate future “after graduation.” The class, “Senior Seminar,” is made up of a combination of Life and Financial Awareness Skills that we want our graduates to know prior to them graduating and leaving our school. The primary instructor for the Senior Seminar class will be Mr. Maldonado (rmaldonado@helendalesd.com).
Graduation is WEDNESDAY MAY 22, 2024 at ACE High School Gymnasium in Helendale, California at 6:00pm. Tickets will be required for entry. The ceremony will take place inside the Gymnasium. Graduates should arrive at 4pm for rehearsal prior to the ceremony.
Attention Seniors!
If you have not yet had your Cap and Gown Senior Photo taken please do so as soon as possible. You can have your photo taken in the Helendale office OR you can take your own picture and email it to hsaifi@helendalesd.com.
Your ICA Staff is working hard to put together a yearbook for the 2023-2024 school year. If you haven’t already, please be sure to stop by the ICA office to take your yearbook picture. Seniors please submit a baby picture as well. Email them to Hsaifi@helendalesd.com – We would also love to include any pictures of vacations, sports, and/or extracurricular activities you would like to share. Please send your pictures to hsaifi@helendalesd.com.

In ASB you can help to organize rallies, fundraisers, events, and activities for ICA.
ICA has no summer school so the work you complete by May will be the completion of all credits you earn for 2024. We are looking forward to a stellar 2024-25 school year.

LOG INTO EACH CLASS EVERY DAY AND COMPLETE ONE ACTIVITY
DO NOT SKIP TUTORIALS or your instructors will fail you for that lesson;
DO NOT SKIP Unit Activities they are worth 10% of your final grade, try your best and talk to your teacher if you need help.
Be sure to check and see if your ICONS are Green, if they are in red you are behind and are in danger of failing the class and will not be able to compete in activities.
